". This ‘Trojan Horse’ case, which Mr Paasilinna mentions, is one of the nastiest ways of abusing the Internet to cause trouble for people and restrict their ability to work. This is one issue we intend to deal with in our communication, which is to be published very soon, and also at a seminar to be held by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Brussels in February. I hope that Mr Paasilinna will be able to attend. At the same time, obviously, as we are now establishing a Network Security Agency, a report on which Mr Paasilinna has already presented here in Parliament, this problem will also feature as part of that whole process. We are prepared to give special attention to this Trojan Horse problem and the way it creates spam. Innocent people unknowingly become perpetrators of an illegal activity that also contravenes this directive."@en1
