Mr President, in reply to the last remark by Mrs Randzio-Plath for which I thank her I would like to say that the basis for the Commission’s decisions is the reports that are produced by Member States; these reports have not been drafted by the Commission. According to the rules that were established four years ago, we rely on these reports. I do not see why Mrs Randzio-Plath needs any further evidence. I can send her the reports if she likes, but they are the basis of the Commission’s decisions. I am not responsible for the way in which Member States draft their reports - that is their business. I use them as they come in. The Commission has looked at them and has seen that there is insufficient evidence."@en1
