"The next item on the agenda is Question Time (B5-0273/2003 ). We will take questions to the Council, which is represented by Mr Antonione. Mr Antonione will be aware that we are starting very late as a result of previous delays, naturally. We have inherited this delay from previous debates. I think it prudent to ask him to remain with us beyond 7 p.m. and, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, I would also say that it would seem prudent to restrict supplementary questions to just one so that we can take as many questions as possible. This is my recommendation and I trust you will cooperate fully."@en1
