Bearing in mind that we are talking about a war which violated international law and did not enjoy the multilateral support of the United Nations, I would ask you – and please reply, Mr President-in-Office of the Council – do you condemn the violation of the right to life which has been suffered by the victims of this illegal war?"@en1
