These nationals, like Palestinians, are banned from travelling to Europe from an airport, the only possibility open to them being to travel via Jordan; Jordan, however places various restrictions on travellers passing through (quotas, requirement for an invitation from Jordanians, etc.). What steps does the Council intend to take to convince Israel to allow European nationals to travel to Europe without hindrance?"@en1
