"Mr President, I was just about to say that, contrary to some speculation, I was not arrested at this point.
We have received a number of tributes to my late friend, Mr Dankert. He used to chair a small committee of this Parliament, in which I sat, which had as its sole motivation the achievement of the rights of this Parliament to decide where it sits. I understand that Mr van Hulten and others are pursuing that work and I want to encourage them. We cannot be taken seriously until the Council allows us to decide where we sit and where our staff meets."@en1
