lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, with only one minute to speak I will focus on the Roadmap and how to keep it on the road. The answer can be boiled down to one sentence: the respect for the rule of international humanitarian law. Any struggle to make Palestinians respect humanitarian law, including those who engage in the criminal act of suicide bombing, will be futile if the State of Israel – the primary party responsible for respecting this rule – repeatedly violates it. It is illegal to build settlements on the occupied territories and demolish houses. It is against humanitarian law to make targeted assassinations accompanied by the killing of innocent civilians, to mention but a few. I therefore urge the Quartet to make it crystal clear that international humanitarian laws must be respected by all parties."@en1
