"Mr President, the three times that Mr Posselt stood up I did not respond, but on the fourth occasion I should very much like to do so, because we all know that this is not really a question of how long the debates here last. Mr Posselt is concerned about whether Strasbourg will remain the meeting place of the European Parliament. In the first place it seems important to me that the democratically taken decisions of this assembly are respected. It also seems important to me that those who find it so terribly important that we continue to meet in Strasbourg actually turn up. As you know, most of the French and German Members are the greatest advocates of this assembly in Strasbourg, but they are not present at the moment. This is in contrast to those who would like to meet in Brussels."@en1
