Every loss of innocent life is a tragedy, but Saddam Hussein has executed and tortured more people in the last two weeks for desertion and for welcoming our troops than the alliance may have killed accidentally as a result of the military hostilities. War is never without a price in terms of human suffering, but human freedom and global security for all of us here today has no price."@en1
