lpv:spoken text	"We are greatly saddened today to learn of the death after a long illness of our former colleague Mr José Aurelio de Barros Moura on 25 March 2003. Mr Barros Moura was a Member of this Parliament from 1986 to 1989 and then again from 1994 to 1999 in the Group of the Party of European Socialists. He was a Vice-President of the ACP-EEC Joint Assembly. All those colleagues who knew him and worked with him appreciated greatly his personal qualities, his good nature and his openness. Above all, we recall him as a man of deep conviction and a strong and committed advocate of European integration. I would ask you to rise and observe a minute's silence."@en1
