lpv:translated text	"We Swedish Social Democrats would issue this explanation of vote regarding the following items: Increased cooperation on road safety between the EU Member States is very important. A new European authority must not take over decision-making from national, regional and local bodies, but could strengthen cooperation between the EU Member States and promote best practice. We are not in favour of a European transport fund. There is a lot of money in already existing funds that is not used to the full. We are in favour, however, of the proposal to set up an inquiry into the development of new methods for funding major infrastructure projects of common European interest. This proposal is far too detailed. It does not fall within the scope of this report to lay down detailed regulations on speeds."@en1
