"I do not want to continue the debate unnecessarily and I fully appreciate the difficulty. The main rapporteur has suggested today or tomorrow. There, we have no choice: today is the only option. However, I do accept that perspectives can be different across committees. In the light of the exceptional circumstances and the absence of the draftsman, Mrs Malliori, I would invite the Environment Committee to ensure that someone who has attended the debates and voted on the Committee is available to give a reasonable account of the Committee's view during the debate this evening."@en1
