"Mr President, while fully acknowledging the right of all the Members to speak, I would like, once again, to call upon the House to avoid antagonistic statements, confusing tragic situations such as those just mentioned – immigration tragedies taking place in Italy – with situations and decisions made by the Italian Government relating to matters of infrastructure. I believe that, with due regard for Parliament’s role, when we choose to engage in controversial debate just for the sake of it, we are not helping either ourselves or the people afflicted by these tragedies."@en1
