lpv:spoken text	"The next item is the joint debate on the European Council report and Commission statement on the European Council meeting held in Seville on 21 and 22 June 2002, and the statement by the President-in-Office of the Council (Spanish Presidency). I should like to record, on behalf of all of us, my gratitude to the Spanish Presidency and the President-in-Office of the Council for the courtesy which they have extended to Parliament and to me in the course of their presidency.
