"Mr President, before we vote on Amendment No 88, I should like to draw the attention of my fellow MEPs to a mistake that has crept into the translation of Amendment No 91. In this Amendment, it is stated that if Amendment No 88 is adopted, No 91 will lapse, but there is a crucial difference. Amendment No 88 contains the word ‘prostitution, and the fight against prostitution’. In No 91, the word is deleted from the English translation. All other translations are incorrect. Amendment No 91 therefore states that opposition is being expressed in respect of human trafficking and prostitution of minors, but not to prostitution itself. This is the key difference between Amendments Nos 88 and 91."@en1
