"I take
very good note of your comments, but as you know, and as laid down in the Rules of Procedure
it is the
President, together with his cabinet, who sets the order and the allocation of questions to the Commission, and the Commission decides which question each Commissioner shall answer. Your question has been scheduled for the end of the day, in the third part, which is certain to be answered in writing. These are the provisions laid down in the Rules of Procedure and we will not be entering into a debate on the matter. This is how things stand."@en1
