"Mr President, I have taken the floor for personal reasons, to apologise for interrupting you. In actual fact, I was just trying to ask a question, namely why it is that we have not met in Brussels. Clearly, we too realise how difficult it would be to postpone all the reports to the next part-session, although we feel that this is now the only remaining alternative. What is outrageous is that, not even in a hazardous situation, is Parliament able to decide in which location we should meet. I feel that this is a point which should be addressed, something which is an outrage for all of us."@en1
