"Mr President, I voted for the report not least because, as an airman, I am in favour of improving security. Moreover, on the subject of security, I am quite concerned by the fact that, for reasons of foreign policy, we are forced, or rather we have been persuaded, to welcome 13 dangerous Palestinians to our country who have been released from the Church of the Nativity, which they had taken over by force. Indeed, it would not make sense for this European schizophrenia to improve security in one area while, at the same time, exposing us to considerable risks – a fact of which I am certain – for I am sure that the fact that these 13 Palestinians were not released means that they are not honest and are, in any case, a danger and a hazard for our citizens."@en1
