The subject this time is public offers and the documents which have to be delivered to those who intend to take part in public offers. In this case, I would stress, Mr President, that it is certainly important for these documents to be clear and to contain all the detailed information necessary, as specified by this directive, but I feel it would be much more appropriate for monitoring to be introduced to ascertain whether these initiatives are 100% sound.
