"Mr Posselt, we can view the availability of Prime Minister Aznar after Barcelona as a problem or we can view it as a political opportunity. It is my belief that the Conference of Presidents clearly indicated a will to seize the political opportunity, to have a politicians' debate at the earliest available moment after Barcelona.
