lpv:spoken text	"The next item is the statement by the President-in-Office of the Council on the Spanish Presidency programme. This is a very important moment in terms of European politics. After the launch of the euro, in a difficult economic climate, there is still the need to complete the economic and social reforms and sustainable development as targeted at Lisbon and Stockholm; the need to use the time this year to create the basis for an enlarged Union; the need to launch the Convention to make a Europe fit for the future. So I am sure this is a very full and ambitious programme. It gives me great pleasure to give the floor to Mr Aznar, President-in-Office of the Council."@en1
