". – Mr President, as indicated by my colleague, Mr Byrne, yesterday evening the Commission very much welcomes the work carried out by the rapporteur and the Committee on the Environment on this important report. As far as the amendments are concerned the Commission can accept 28 amendments in full. These are Amendments Nos 2 to 5, 8, 11, 12, 14 to 17, 19 to 22, 24, 33, 37 to 40, 45, 47 to 49, 51, 53 and 60. The Commission can accept in part ten amendments. These are Amendments Nos 1, 18, 26, 29, 31, 32, 54, 55, 56 and 58."@en1
