lpv:spoken text	"I would like to use the brief speaking time I have to highlight the plight of the too-soon forgotten victims of terrorism. I sat in the home of one of my constituents the other day, a woman who lost her husband because he was a member of the army and had been killed by IRA terrorists. When she came to get compensation for her three sons – just young boys – they offered her a paltry few hundred pounds for each son. I could go on and list a sad litany of how terrorist victims have been treated. This Parliament should realise that these people need special treatment. The governments responsible should ensure that treatment is provided to bring some alleviation of the awful hurt and sorrow they bear."@en1
