We could not get out of Brussels at all; we had to go back, and in the end departed from Charleroi the next day. It took me 23 hours to get home. Could you make representations to the Belgian Government, and to other governments, for that matter, to the effect that all European citizens, not just MEPs, should be entitled to free movement in Europe and that unjustified and illegal blockades of airports should be dealt with by the authorities in the proper manner?"@en1
