"Mr President, the Pensioners’ Party voted for the Jensen report. I would nevertheless like to tell Commissioner Diamantopoulou, who works so hard to help workers and to increase the number of jobs throughout Europe, that, as representative of the Pensioners’ Party, I believe that, if we are to have more jobs, we must reduce the cost of labour: we must, therefore, reduce the cost of pension services and contributions while still increasing the size of pensions. We want less contributions and larger pensions, and that can only be achieved by careful, sound administration of contributors’ money."@en1
