"Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I too have great pleasure in welcoming a delegation from the Moroccan Parliament to the gallery. It so happened that my duties had taken me to Casablanca when the tragic events of 11 September took place. I was leading a Belgian economic mission to Morocco. I was at lunch with ten members of the Moroccan government, including the Prime Minister of Morocco, and we heard the tragic news together. Together we shared the distress caused by these horrific events, and the subsequent reactions you are aware of. I too would therefore like to welcome the delegation which is here with us today."@en1
