". The UK Conservatives voted against this motion for resolution since it repeats the errors of the Durban conference. We cannot support the undue emphasis on the Middle East, and are not convinced that it might not have been better had the conference failed to reach a conclusion. In many respects, the Durban conference belongs to an age that came to an end on 11 September."@en1
