His services told me that the report had actually been sent to Parliament yesterday for distribution to Members. So that is something that should be looked at, because Mr Kinnock made it clear yesterday that the Commission was keen to give Members a response straight away to the detail of my question. We ought to investigate this. If the Commission sent the report to Parliament, it is our responsibility that it has not been circulated. If the delay was on the part of the Commission, we should ask why there was a delay."@en1
