"Madam President, we see how seriously my Party takes matters in this House. As a Member of the Constitutional Affairs Committee, speaking on behalf of Lord Inglewood, I must say that it seems very nearly a year is sufficient time for the powers that be to have considered this matter. If it is not placed on the agenda this week this is clearly going to cause difficulties for the committee in question. I would urge all Members of the House, including my colleague Mr Provan, to vote in favour of this suggestion."@en1
