We often discuss human rights throughout the world in this hemicycle in Strasbourg, but we, the European Union, continue to provide economic aid in the form of funding to countries in which there is no respect for human rights. I call upon Parliament and our institutions not to give another euro to countries which do not respect human rights in the world."@en1
