"Mr President, I wish to put on record my thanks to the Minister for his willingness to engage with Parliament every Question Time and for his part-answer to my question. As with all of these questions, the real substance is hidden elsewhere within the question. In particular, I would like his views on the reflections of the Europol expert who said that there was no effective cooperation or coordination because of a series of political, legislative and judicial problems. I thank him for his response with regard to the chemical industry and also to the agreements established in Central America, the Caribbean and Latin America and the forthcoming agreement with Asia. But internally, within the borders of the European Union, there are continuing difficulties with regard to cooperation and coordination. I would like a response on that. I would like to take the questions on behalf of Mr Andrews, Mr Hyland and Mr Fitzsimons, who are at an ongoing Constitutional Affairs Committee meeting."@en1
