If this report contained nothing other than statements of good intentions, asserting the need for new technologies to be widely used, particularly in the education system, we could have voted in favour, although good intentions still do not guarantee a policy.
However, the intention behind these statements “to provide companies with the financial and technical help required” came through in several paragraphs. Since we do not wish to support grants to private businesses, even those that are not made openly, we abstained from voting on this report."@en1
