Article 75 is one of the provisions of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement and this seeks to allow travellers to carry narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in connection with medical treatment. These individuals must be in possession of a certificate issued by a competent national authority. Pursuant to the above-mentioned article, the Schengen Executive Committee adopted, in its decision of 22 December 1994, the form and content of this certificate and the principles governing its issue. The Commission takes the view that a draft law in Denmark covering the subject you have raised, now matches the above-mentioned provisions."@en1
