A debate was held at the Conference of Presidents to determine whether this question should be included in the agenda for this part-session. I would reiterate that this was already discussed, at the previous part-session of 28 February. In the end, the Conference of Presidents decided to let the Commission keep a very close eye on this situation and to hold a debate at an appropriate time.
