lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I would also like to thank the rapporteur, Mrs Haug, for the magnificent work that she has done as the rapporteur responsible for the budget and for her efforts in dealing with the requests that the various committees have made. As far as the Committee on Women’s Rights and Equal Opportunities is concerned, the final result is not exactly the one that we would have liked. The quantities budgeted are very far below what we had requested, but we accept that this has been a general practice and we therefore accept the result as it stands. This does not mean that in next year’s budget we will not once again be determined to obtain what we think is fairest and most appropriate, and what will enable us to achieve the objectives of the Committee on Women’s Rights and Equal Opportunities."@en1
