"Mr President, I hereby suggest that we insert the word "unconvincingly" between "government" and "claims" in this amendment. I have no objection to its being drawn to our attention that the Italian Government has made a certain claim, but especially since the Commissioner has disgracefully shown that he perhaps believes the claim, let us put the word "unconvincingly" in or reject this amendment."@en1
