"Before I give Mrs Péry the floor, on behalf of the Council, I have a few comments to make. This is Mrs Péry’s third visit in succession to Parliament, and we welcome this. That was the first point I wanted to make. The only explanation I have for this is that the culprit is always drawn back to the scene of the crime. Mrs Péry was Vice-President for some years, sat in this very chair, and we were always in a very safe pair of hands during difficult votes. All the more reason why I am delighted to see you here today, Mrs Péry."@en1
