". – If we reflect on the ethics of picking a date, that date is far too late, but the operational, practical idea of fixing a date is to put meaningful pressure on the partner in the discussion. I am not sure that particular date is meaningful. We have partners in the ACP Group who are part of the process of convincing and putting pressure on Fiji to do the right thing.
