"There is no need to get angry, Mrs Lulling. As you know, it is extremely difficult to shout at the top of one’s voice to read out the names of Members who wish to submit an explanation of vote in writing. Our staff check if the Members are indeed present and we note all written requests without having to read them out. A check is made that the Member is in fact in the Chamber at the beginning of the explanations of vote and I therefore only call out the oral explanations. You are therefore free to go."@en1
