I voted for the motion but I would prefer it if, in future, in implementing the proposal, we took into consideration the fact that many pensioners and elderly people live near forests and they are often the only people left in remote and countryside areas. Fires are frequent in these areas and it would therefore be a good idea, or rather appropriate to use these people to help prevent fires."@en¹
