"Mr President, I shall be even briefer than I was going to be, because the presidency has just answered one of the points put by Mr Ducarme.
I just want to touch on two other points he raised. First, to say that, speaking for the Commission, we very much hope to bring forward proposals in the next few months – or weeks, if we can manage it – for revitalising the Barcelona process, a contribution to the debate about how that can be done five years after the original agreement. If the honourable Member needs more information on Tunisia or on the Barcelona process as a whole, I hope he will let me know and I shall try to oblige as rapidly as possible."@en1
