During the last Parliament, when Mr Gutierrez traditionally took the chair on Fridays, he asked for full television coverage of the sitting. We tried this for a period of six months and no television network ever took any of the broadcasts and so the practice was discontinued as it was extremely expensive. I do not wish to embark on a discussion of this issue now but you can rest assured I will pass on your remarks to the Bureau. The debate is closed. We shall now proceed to the vote."@en1
