I will not go back to the previous debate although I had requested the floor in order to speak on the previous matter. I am afraid that this is not the first time that the Presidency has ignored this area of the Chamber and so I am going to speak on the House’s agenda. Would the Presidency please organise the Secretariat and herself in such a way as to accord all Members the same right to speak on the matters over which they wish to take the floor.
