My amendments were not adopted in committee and I therefore felt it was not acceptable for us to continue on these bases. Mrs Isler Béguin was not in committee on the days we discussed these subjects. You will find exactly the same arguments I have put forward today in the Minutes of the committee meeting and in my amendments.
