"Mr President, it surprises me that some MEPs are once again on the attack, with the same argument that they have used before, because the previous point also related to the admissibility of paragraph 6. I believe that the great majority of Members have made it clear that we are in favour of this paragraph, and we have already voted on it. If you like, I will repeat the same arguments. Paragraph 6 does not undercut the principle of relative stability because it respects that principle and the key points on distribution. The previous speaker said that there are doubts. We would have to be sure, if we wanted to reject paragraph 6. If you have any doubts, clarify them first. I have no doubts, Mr President, and this Parliament has already expressed its opinion."@en1
