He should have given his report. He should have cancelled any other engagements he had. He should have prioritised giving that report to Parliament. We only ask him to do that once a year, and any other engagement should have been secondary to this very important opportunity to let us know exactly how he feels about the European institutions. I am very disappointed, and I would ask you to write to the President of the Court of Auditors to express the disappointment of the House."@en1
