"Madam President, I would just like to say that it is inadmissible in a democracy to let people of one political persuasion speak about the Basque country and not to allow anyone of a different political persuasion to speak. That is inadmissible in any Parliament. It is not a parliament, if that happens. So I protest very strongly. I would like to have three minutes, which is a fraction of the length of time this subject has been discussed, just to explain my point of view. I know many people here are very fond of democracy and the ways of parliamentarism. Could I speak, Madam President?"@en1
