We are ready to vote on that. I have said that we will vote against it. There is then a further amendment to Amendment No 11, which is in two parts. But I think we can vote the whole of Amendment No 11 now, which deletes the four words "free, fair and socially-balanced". No-one has agreed to an oral amendment of any sort."@en¹
