In my opinion, this is not right. The issue was not the fact that various members asked to change their vote, the issue was that many Members were unable to cast their votes. I would like to see this minuted. I should also add that the arguments brought yesterday for not having a repeat vote were not right either, in my opinion. I understand the rule that the same issue cannot be subject to voting twice. As far as I am concerned, however, this issue has not been voted on at all since many Members were unable to participate in the voting."@en1
