"Madam President, following on from what Mr Bourlanges said, with the last amendment we voted we have now actually gone past the margin for Category 3 which means that any amendments which are not in line with the Committee on Budgets’ recommendations are going to give us serious problems. We already have a problem. We have now gone above the margin. It is ludicrous to keep voting like this. I would ask you to respect the rapporteur’s recommendations on Category 3."@en1
